About the Program

Suffolk University's Sawyer Business School will bring together business leaders and international scholars for a two and a half day symposium on business complexity, addressing what many executives say is the single biggest challenge facing their enterprises. Today’s business environment has become extraordinarily complex, with systems, economies and governments so interconnected as to have seemingly moved beyond management control. What is needed is a new competency: managing business complexity.

Join us for presentations and conversations on this topic with internationally acclaimed speakers: Marv Adams of TIAA-CREF; Phil Budden, British Consul General; Cesar Hidalgo, MIT Media Lab; Juan Perez-Mercader, Harvard University; and Geoffrey West, Santa Fe Institute.

BPMA members receive a substantially discounted rate of $299.00 for the full conference. (Original fee is $425.00.) To register, visit: When you register, select or click on FULL and enter "BPMA" in the access code field.
