The purpose of this session is to introduce the idea of parametric, or relative, sizing and how it can be used to approximate the amount of work for a given project. This technique is used by many agile projects to produce estimates quickly and with quite an impressive level of accuracy. Participants will walk through several techniques, such planning poker, size sorting, and a modified delphi method.
