About the Topic

ASP-Boston hosts a monthly morning session on the first Tuesday of the month.

On behalf of ASP-Boston, BPMA extends a special invitation to join in an interesting presentation and conversation with David Stroh, Principal of Bridgeway Partners.

Organizational overload is a problem confronting people across all industries and sectors. People have too much to do and too few resources to accomplish it. Market pressures, economic decline, and technology that enables 24/7 availability compound the problem. These forces are overwhelming managers’ abilities to think and act strategically.

At the same time, a clear and compelling strategy is not only a casualty of organizational overload, but also a cure for it.  In this session, you will learn how organizations manufacture their own overload (above and beyond the impact of external drivers) and how strategic planning, coupled with other interventions, can rebalance workload.
