About the Topic
 
A business case is the critical requirement in many organizations before committing to projects, new products or other investments. Rigorous business case preparation ensures well targeted investment across the organization, reduces risk, improves strategic alignment and increases the probability of achieving desired outcomes. This hands-on workshop will walk the participants through the business analysis activities necessary to identify business need, define solution approach, justify investment, assure proper alignment with business goals and objectives and define metrics and KPIs to support benefit management, measurement and reporting.

Learning objectives:
  1. Learn steps that are needed to complete a well-structured business case.
  2. Learn how to identify necessary data and information in support of the business case.
  3. Learn tips and techniques for problem definition, analysis of alternatives, and setting of appropriate measures and KPIs.
