The product roadmap outlines how the product will evolve over time to realize the product vision. When done well, the roadmap, and your process for delivering it, gives you a framework for ongoing decision making. Ellen describes a collaborative process for creating your roadmap and shows you how to engage your stakeholders. She shares how you can holistically explore product options to allocate product features to your roadmap.
