Looking Beyond Your Product: What Do Your Customers Really Want?
Great products solve customer problems. But REALLY great products provide solutions without creating any additional problems to solve! In our fast-paced, high-tech world, it's becoming more and more common to create sleek, new products that solve customer problems in unique and creative ways. However, only a small handful of companies have the foresight to ensure that their "solutions" don't create a whole new slew of issues that customers never had before. This workshop will explore this challenge through real-life stories, examples, and interactive discussion that will cause you to see your products in a whole new light!
Key takeaways include:
Seeing your products through the eyes of your customers
Understanding what customer value really means
Gaining new perspectives on your total product experience
Taking personas and user stories to the next level
- Developing a complete “customer experience plan”
