Looking Beyond Your Product: What Do Your Customers Really Want?

Great products solve customer problems. But REALLY great products provide solutions without creating any additional problems to solve! In our fast-paced, high-tech world, it's becoming more and more common to create sleek, new products that solve customer problems in unique and creative ways. However, only a small handful of companies have the foresight to ensure that their "solutions" don't create a whole new slew of issues that customers never had before. This workshop will explore this challenge through real-life stories, examples, and interactive discussion that will cause you to see your products in a whole new light!

Key takeaways include:

  • Seeing your products through the eyes of your customers

  • Understanding what customer value really means

  • Gaining new perspectives on your total product experience

  • Taking personas and user stories to the next level

  • Developing a complete “customer experience plan”
