Your product management and engineering organizations work well together and now you want to know how to get "more” from them: more throughput, faster time to market, more customer value. Startups are a crucible of delivering customer value within a very short time horizon and have strategies that can carry over to a more mature organization.
 
 

In this presentation you will learn practical tips on how to apply these startup techniques to your organization:

  • Integrating design and engineering
  • QA approaches
  • High-frequency releases
  • Long-term roadmapping techniques

Samuel Clemens, InsightSquaredBefore InsightSquared, Sam was VP Product at HubSpot, VP Product at BzzAgent, and on the initial team at Elance.com. His background also includes venture capital with Greylock Partners, the Algorithms group at Amazon.com, and management consulting with Booz Allen Hamilton. Sam has an MBA from Harvard Business School and a B.S. in Applied Math from Yale. He serves as an advisory Entrepreneur-In-Residence at HBS.
