Join us for a lively look back at 2015 in this moderated panel discussion, and learn about best practices from some of the Boston area’s product management leaders. Be there as these executives share their real-world stories and experiences with the kinds of challenges you face in the field. You’ll find out how their roadmaps and goals played out – what worked, what didn’t, and how they plan to evolve and improve in 2016.

Under the guidance of moderator Steve Robins, the panel will consider questions such as:
- What are your top two goals from last year, and why?
- What went well? What didn’t?
- What have you learned? What still puzzles you?
- What were your biggest challenges in 2015 – and how do you plan to address them differently this year?
- How did you measure progress toward your goals last year?

Timeline for the evening:

Cost:

Premium Members: Free if you pre-register online at least one day prior to event or $10 at the door

About the Panelists:


Scott Hilton, EVP of Products at Dyn
Scott Hilton is the Executive Vice President of Products at Dyn where he is responsible for the management, marketing, strategy, roadmap and business performance for Dyn’s industry-leading portfolio of Internet Performance solutions.

Scott specializes in driving growth strategies for product companies, having spent more than 15 years doing just that for SpringTide Networks, Lucent Technologies (Nasdaq: ALU), 3com (Nasdaq: COMS), and Sycamore Networks (Nasdaq: SCMR). At Sycamore, Scott was VP & GM of Mobile Broadband Solutions, responsible for establishing a new business unit, and development and launch of a new content optimization product into the mobile broadband market.

Scott is also an accomplished inventor and entrepreneur. He currently holds two patents in the network space — one for virtual private networks (VPN) automation and the other for mobile location-based services. He is also the founder of Spatial Adventures, a SaaS-based mobile tourism service.

Scott has a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Duke University and a Master in Science of Electrical Engineering degree from George Mason University. He is also a military veteran, having served as a Submarine Officer in the U.S. Navy.

Bryan Dunn, Senior Director, Product Management at Localytics
Bryan Dunn runs product management at Localytics, a SaaS based mobile engagement platform that helps customers acquire, engage, grow and retain mobile app users. Bryan has experience bringing successful products to market, building effective product, engineering and user experience teams from the ground up and designing process to maximize efficacy. Previously, Bryan was Chief Product and Technology Officer at GTxcel where he designed a SaaS based publishing platform used by over 2,000 of the world’s top publishers.

Conor O'Mahony, VP Product Management at SilverRail Technologies
Conor leads great teams to build great products. Currently, Conor leads Product Management for SilverRail Technologies, who are a fast-growing start-up with offices in Boston, London, Stockholm, and Brisbane. Previously, Conor had General Management, Product Management, and Product Marketing leadership roles in companies large and small. He has experience leading Sales, Marketing, Support, Product, Design, and Development organizations. Conor lives in Belmont with his energetic young family, and enjoys running, hiking, and camping.

Erin McHugh Saif

Erin McHugh Saif is a product leader in the areas of Business Intelligence, Analytics and Cloud Business Services with extensive product management experience across several diverse industries (Cloud BI, Data Visualization, CRM systems, Business Analytics and Nonprofit Management). Erin has deep experience leading organizations through on-premises to Cloud product transformations, including waterfall to agile development methodology, license to subscription pricing transformation, engineering to development operations practices and most important, evolving to a simple, effective and delightful self-service trial, purchase and user experience. Erin currently serves as a Senior Product Manager of Cloud products at TIBCO. She manages TIBCO's Spotfire Cloud SaaS and PaaS data visualization products. She recently led a senior executive leadership team to define and design TIBCO Spotfire's next generation Cloud Business Services Architecture.

Erin has a BA in English and Political Science from Wellesley College. She has has served in a Board or Advisory capacity to CARE International, The ONE Campaign and ArtsBoston.
