Module 3: Program Deliverables & Scope Key deliverables and outputs determination. Stakeholder analysis. Communications strategy development. Scope boundaries.

Module 4: Performance Measures Key deliverables and outcomes tracking measures and indicators (KPIs). Monitoring of key deliverables. Progress reporting.

Module 5: Execution Activity Planning High level activities, project roadmaps and releases. Sources of available capabilities. Capability gap analysis. Resource identification and allocation. Resource alignment mapping. How is the product going to be delivered?

Module 6: Costs, Risks and Benefits Determination of budget and cost management approach. Balancing of costs, benefits and risks.

 
Presenter:
Joseph Raynus, a speaker, author, trainer, and consultant who brings a unique blend of practical hands-on experience with innovative ideas and solutions to deal with the real-world challenges of complex environments. He is a recognized expert in strategic program management and performance improvement. He facilitated large-scale organizational change, designed and led comprehensive training programs, managed multi-million dollar technology projects, and mentored to different levels of management. Joseph teaches graduate engineering and the MBA courses at the Northeastern University and Bentley University and is a founder of ShareDynamics, Inc.
