This 1/2 day facilitated workshop introduces a practical framework for developing Executive Briefings and Presentations on the contents of your Business Case. 
 
Participants will explore a step-by-step approach to designing concise, information-packed presentations using Strategic Business Case Canvas that provides structure and visual guidance for creating powerful presentations.

This workshop is geared towards product & program managers who are seeking to advance their knowledge and will teach you how to go beyond the traditional approach to create comprehensive, yet concise presentations to your executive stakeholders.

Class sessions are highly interactive since best practices in communications are most effectively learned through practice rather than lecture. Participants will use brief case studies for in-class exercises. All attendees will receive templates and a workbook as well as other supplemental materials used during the workshop.

Presenter

Joseph Raynus, a speaker, author, trainer, and consultant who brings a unique blend of practical hands-on experience with innovative ideas and solutions to deal with the real-world challenges of complex environments.  He is a recognized expert in strategic program management and performance improvement. He facilitated large-scale organizational change, designed and led comprehensive training programs, managed multi-million dollar technology projects, and mentored to different levels of management. Joseph teaches graduate engineering and the MBA courses at the Northeastern University and Bentley University and is a founder of ShareDynamics, Inc. Joseph’s latest book “Improving Business Process Performance” was recognized by the KPI Institute as one of top ten books in Business Performance Management and Operational Performance Management categories in 2013.
