Bringing Agile principles to Product Management
Join us for the first event for Agile Product Managers and Product Owners using Open Space Technology. Our kick-off event launches in Cambridge, Massachusetts.
Together, we share ways Agile principles and practices enable us to increase our capacity to deliver products that please our customers, satisfy our business sponsors, build collaborative development communities, and change the world through great products that matter.
Our Agile Product Open is a volunteer-led event. Together we set the agenda, exchange as peers, build our network, and engage in deep peer-to-peer learning.

Meet our Facilitator:
We are honored to have Ainsley, a very experienced Open Space Facilitator, to serve our very first Agile Product Open facilitator.
As an independent consultant, Ainsley’s work is focused on the development of sustainable environments for learning and continuous improvement. She enjoys using a variety of approaches, including chartering, retrospectives, Open Space Technology, and World Café, to enable clients to capitalize on the insights they have, and discover the knowledge they need.
Ainsley is co-author of “Liftoff: Start and Sustain Successful Agile Teams” and teaches a variety of Agile Management courses at local universities, speaks at conferences, and facilitates Personal Retrospective workshops. She volunteers as: Director, Agile Alliance Agile Open Program, Convention Manager, AAUW CA 2016, and founder/organizer of the Agile Open California conferences.
