Coffee, Strategy & Networking: Best Practices in Linking Strategic Planning and Business Intelligence to Improve Performance

About the Topic

ASP-Boston hosts a monthly session on the first Tuesday of the month. Join us on December 1st at 7:30 am.

A results-oriented strategic plan that links the organization’s vision, goals, and strategies to detailed performance measures that are monitored in real or “near-real “time, enables organizations to act with agility in response to rapidly changing markets. This seminar will review key strategic planning components, and introduce the concepts of business intelligence (BI) reporting, dashboards, and analytics to help “close the planning loop”. Using BI, organizations can track their strategic metrics to assess their planning implementation results, and provide a feedback mechanism to decision-makers.

Note: Please arrive at the Fed before 7:30am as you will need to show a government issued photo ID (Driver’s License, Passport, etc.) to go through security.

Note: Registration is available online only and closes November 26that midnight. No registrations or walk-ins after this time will be allowed.
