This September, we will facilitate the conversations between hiring managers and new product professionals around what it takes to become a successful product manager or marketer.
As a Hiring Manager, not only are you looking for a set of skills, but we also know there is value in hiring someone with the right attitude to take on the challenges a product role can entail. The BWP wants you to bring your experience to support the growing community of Women in Product.
Being new to product, or trying to land that first product manager/marketing role, can feel like a daunting task. It seems those who become Product Managers or Marketers seemingly fall into the role or were able to find the right opportunity at a company willing to take a chance.
The event will be structured as a networking opportunity with topic-led discussion sessions. Learn from those hiring what they look for in product managers and marketers, and find that eager professional looking for the right opportunity to break into their first PM role.
