BPMA Monthly Meeting
Innovation vs. Execution: Are They Destined to Be at Odds?
Please note that the venue has changed!
The event will now be at Zipcar (35 Thomson Pl, Boston, MA 02210)
Are you spending all your time swimming in the engineering vortex, attending sales demos, putting out customer fires, and handling other day-to-day tasks to ensure you deliver, market, and sell high-quality products? Or are you focused on discovering your market’s next big innovation so you can leapfrog the competition?
Join a panel discussion moderated by Pragmatic Marketing’s Paul Young to learn how leading edge companies make sure they’re always getting out of the building and looking far beyond the next release. The panel will explore these essential topics and more:
- How to get product innovation off your To-Do list
- What to do when your team only wants to drive product strategy and thinks writing user stories is someone else’s job
- What types of people you need for strategy vs. execution and whether one person can fill both roles
