About the Topic ASP-Boston hosts a monthly morning session on the first Tuesday of the month. Recent indicators of economic recovery signal more change is on the horizon. Organizations will need to move successfully from survival to growth mode. A crisp vision, carefully thought out strategy, scenario planning and identification of key performance indicators are no doubt key components to producing organizational change. However, the single most important ingredient is people. After all, it is people who choose each day whether to initiate, contribute, adapt to or ignore change initiatives.
