The first case will be a presentation to demonstrate the CRA methodology. Then the group will break into smaller groups to discuss and present proposed solutions to two more cases. Case topics are:

- Gross Margin Profitability analysis

Suruchi Sharma is a Senior Associate with Charles River Associates, a consulting firm that provides management consulting services and litigation support to companies across a variety of industries. Suruchi’s work involves advising clients on corporate and product growth strategies, impact of global economic trends, product launch strategies, business process optimization, organization restructuring, etc. Her work has spanned the Chemical and Pharmaceutical industries.
She has an MBA in Finance and Marketing from Vanderbilt University. Prior to business school, Suruchi worked as a computer engineer with IBM Global Services in Minneapolis, MN.
