Watch the Recording

The shift is happening enabled by AI from limited data-driven decision-making and manual processes to more automation, personalization, and AI integration across industries. This transition creates new considerations around ethics, job roles, and responsible AI adoption. Product managers and product marketing managers should level up by gaining AI fluency, focusing on problem solving, and developing compelling and innovative GTM, sales, marketing and competitive approaches to their products and product lines. The future AI product manager role will specialize in strategically leveraging AI to maximize value while managing model performance, forecasts, and customer education. These topics and more will be covered in the presentation.
