 PMI Central Mass

Agile New England is the leading community of Agile enthusiasts, practitioners and learners in New England. Based in Boston, it is committed to fostering a greater knowledge of the Agile values and practices. Serving the Agile community since 2002, its goals are to broaden the understanding and professionalism of members, and to increase the effectiveness and competitiveness of software development organizations in New England.

Meetings are usually held on the first Thursday of every month, with a presentation, Agile 101 courses and networking opportunities.

MIT Enterprise Forum Cambridge   

The MIT Enterprise Forum of Cambridge is an innovation-focused, volunteer-driven community that:

  • Inspires innovation by highlighting company and founder successes
  • Educates entrepreneurs and company founders about how to form and grow promising start-ups
  • Creates communities that build and strengthen a market sector’s ecosystem
  • Connects entrepreneurs with the rich resources of MIT

The MIT Enterprise Forum of Cambridge has formed a joint marketing partnership with BPMA. We promote each others events, and as part of the alliance, BPMA members can register for the MIT Enterprise Forum of Cambridge's Innovation Series and additional events featured on the BPMA calendar at the same discounted registration rates as MITEF members.  TiE Boston TiE-Boston is a comprehensive eco-system for entrepreneurs with vital resources for every stage of the entrepreneurial process. It is part of the global TiE (The Indus Entrepreneurs) group that is the largest not-for profit organization promoting entrepreneurship. TiE-Boston runs several vibrant programs to educate, mentor, network and inspire entrepreneurs in the community. TiE connects entrepreneurs with each other and other stakeholders in the entrepreneurial world including other serial entrepreneurs, Angel Investors, Venture Capitalists, Vendors and Service Providers. 
The Association for Strategic Planning (ASP) is a national non-profit professional organization dedicated to enabling people and organizations to succeed through improved strategic thinking, planning and action. The association, founded in 1999, provides opportunities to explore cutting-edge strategy principles and practices that drive success in the business, government, and non-profit sectors. We typically meet on the first Tuesday of every month and also hold quarterly evening seminars where we network and hear guest speakers present on a variety of timely and relevant strategic topics.

ASP Boston, one of the Association's many chapters, has formed a joint marketing partnership with BPMA. We promote each other's events, and as part of the alliance, BPMA members can register as "Affiliates" for ASP Boston events and get the same discounted rates as ASP members.

ENET The Boston Entrepreneurs' Network provides early stage technology based entrepreneurs with information and the resources necessary to transform an idea into a successful product or service business.
SCIP SCIP Massachusetts is the local chapter of the Strategic and Competitive Intelligence Professionals organization (SCIP), the global organization for professionals engaged in competitive intelligence, market intelligence, and related disciplines. SCIP promotes the use of competitive intelligence to enhance business decision-making and organizational performance, and the professional development of individuals engaged in competitive intelligence (CI). Its meetings include a wide range of topics that represent CI best practices and member interests, as well as valuable networking opportunities
ABPMP Boston The Association of Business Process Management Professionals is a non-profit, vendor independent professional organization dedicated to the advancement of business process management concepts and its practices.
PMI Central Mass The Project Management Institute - Central Mass Chapter is a non-profit organization which obtained its chater in April 2003, and was founded to provide a "network of project management expertise" and "community" for its members and a project management resource for the public and private section in the Central Massachusetts area. We sponsor face-to-face meetings with peers from various organizations and industries working in the project management profession.
